Delivery time takes around 7-14 working days via Emirates Post tracking service. You will be updated via email that your order has been fulfilled & then your tracking number will be shared with your directly on Whatsapp or SMS if Whatsapp is not available.
DELIVERY ON "PRE-ORDER ITEMS"
A pre-order option is available on high demand products. This means that you can place an order from the inbound shipment of new products before they have landed. The delivery time frame for this is typically 2-3 weeks from when pre-order is open & the items are delivered to us. The shipping time will then be as per standard for your region. You will receive a Whatsapp or email confirmation to confirm after you place the order & shipment tracking once it has been packed by us and left Dubai.
Customer will receive payment confirmation by email when the payment has been completed. Payment confirmation email will come within 24 hours of payment completion.

What to do in the following circumstances:
The wrong product was sent by the merchant: Please inform us within 7 days via email or our Whatsapp line, and we will organize an exchange for you immediately. You will be notified via email of the delivery/exchange date and time.
The product is defective or damanged in shipping: Please inform us within 14 days of purchasing your items. Contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will replace the item for you immediately. You will be informed via email of the delivery date and time. The defective item needs to be sent by post back to Ocean Heights Building reception, Dubai Marina.
The product is tampered: Please inform us within 14 days of purchasing your items. Contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will replace the item for you immediately. You will be informed via email of the delivery date and time. The tampered item needs to be sent by post back to Ocean Heights Building reception, Dubai Marina.
You need to exchange sizes Simply send us an email or Whatsapp within 48 hours and we will arrange for your new item to be ready. The unwanted item must be sent back or delivered to Ocean Heights Building, Dubai Marina, PO Box 123918. If you wish us to send a courier to collect the old item and send a new one the charge will be AED 35 for UAE. For international locations we cannot currently do size exchange but please consult on the refund policy.
**If the item is a Sale item there will be no returns/refunds or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. All refunds will be send by bank transfer.

For UAE or International, if you are requesting a refund based on wrong fit/size/personal preference you will be granted a refund less the cost of shipment. This will be processed after you return the item to our return address:
